Cycled – Cyclique – Brussels Pride Week

This event aims at sharing knowledge about the seasonal and cyclical aspect of people with a uterus. Menstrual cycles can be thought of as more than just ovulations and menstruations, each ‘season’ has its own specificity in every area of our lives: mood, food, libido, energy, etc. Knowing the general trends while being aware of your own specificities, can have the potential to transform the way you relate to yourself and others. Safe, inclusive and specifically designed for the LGBTQIA+ audience.
The workshop will be most useful and relevant for people not using hormonal contraception.
Bring a notebook and a small blanket.
