Sunday is movie night at RainbowHouse!
We continue our queer programming with another classic: the documentary “Paris is Burning”.
This film, which gives voice to queer people in New York in the late ’80s, is a masterpiece of memory and archival footage. It’s a great insight into the Ballroom Scene, the support queer people gave each other and the difficulties they faced at the time.
A classic to see again and again, and one that still moves us!
