Through her love of tennis, Isabelle Bats questions her journey as a girl and a woman in a frontal autobiographical tale. Enough to break gender stereotypes!

She is a girl who thought she was a boy, who has been given boyish attributes, who saw herself as a girl, who loves girls and who, in the end, feels so girlish that she has that boyish flavour. Tennis, rock ‘n’ roll, TV series… everything is good for trying to find your place, even if it’s outside the mould. An intimate show where Isabelle looks back on her life as a woman, in her genre, her expectations, her failures, her achievements. Learning to run like a boy, stop crying, mastering seduction techniques, looking at her nails “as it should be”… so many “homework” that she takes pleasure in challenging, determined not to round corners!
