Ivoncita is one of Sweden’s premier burlesque and drag king performers! She changes into different shapes and characters, she plays with stereotypes and symbols that brings joy, sensuality and sometimes even the creeps to the stage. Ivoncita is characterized by her presence, energy and dancing skills and she always offers the audience a personal and humorous take on the classic burlesque. Since her debut in Paris in 2009, she has seduced her spectators around the world with her rhythm, imagination and charisma. Get ready for a colorful pill of joy – Ivoncita!
Drag king workshop:
Let your inner king come out and play! Ivoncita aka Ivan will lead you through a workshop where you will try out different movements and poses that gives you a masculine charisma and can help you create a masculine drag king character. To drag is a lot of fun and also quite healing. It allows you to confront personalities and a culture that you’ve been surrounded by BUT only this time you get to master it! We will also learn a choreography together where all of our characters have a an important role. Ivoncita is an experienced performer and one of Swedens top burlesque and drag king artists.
