Depending on the times, female homosexuality was alternately or simultaneously stigmatized, denied, invisible. But clandestine or not, with covered or raw words, this reality has found its way into song. From Suzy Solidor to Chris, Barbara, Brigitte Fontaine, Marie Paule Belle, Juliette Armanet and many others, right up to the Club Dorothée, many women’s voices have sung it in every tone.

Léa Lootgieter and Julie Feydel will retrace the history of these songs set to music from 1920 to the present day. Forgotten for some, world-famous for others, they all have delicious lesbian undertones in common.

The evening will continue with a dance with DJette Franz.

On the program:

7pm: Opening of the bar, reception and buffet (pay what you can).
19h30- 21h30: “Les dessous lesbiens de la chanson” by Léa Lootgieter (co-author) and Julie Feydel (illustrator) and book signings
10 pm – 1 am: Dance evening with DJette Franz.
